This is
an exciting example of using decorating skills with Staging.
The Dining Room and Living Room decor was not on par with
the house and did not accentuate the home's beautiful
features. During the Staging Assessment this red sofa was found
in another part of the house not being used. It was
brought into the formal Living Room to create a whole new
look.

editing, rearranging the furniture and bringing in a few
accessories, the rooms now have pizazz!

This client needed help editing her Family Room furnishings. The TV was moved from over the mantle into the armoire and then cornered; the 2 loveseats were placed at a 90 degree angle; and the easy chairs were placed next to the staircase. This also achieved a better walk pattern in the room.

This client had difficulty figuring out how to arrange the guest bed and home office furniture in the same room. The ugly computer backs and wiring were the first thing noticed upon entry into the room. By moving the desk to the wall least seen when entering the room, and moving the bed onto the wall opposite the door, the room now has a much better look in addition to improving the walk flow. Note how the architectural piece originally above the desk was rotated and used artistically for a picture grouping over the bed!

This is a Master Bedroom & Bath redesign which only called for minor furniture rearrangement but needed some updated accessorizing. These rooms are cozy and comforting now!
